North Korea Broadcasting Encrypted Spy Messages Over YouTube.

On Saturday, North Korea broadcasted a mysterious message across YouTube.

The state-run media agency, Radio Pyongyang, uploaded the mysterious message to their YouTube page where a female voice read off a series of numbers followed up by this statement: "an information technology review assignment of the remote education university for No. 719 expedition agents."

Phrases like "No. 23 on Page 564, No. -19 on Page 479" were repeated in the short broadcast titled "0100011001-001", which was deleted shortly after being viewed over 20,000 times.

In the past, many nations, including North Korea have been known to transmit messages through music, movies, television shows, and other media outlets to communicate to their spies behind enemy territory.
